A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Colorado Joe IV received his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana. He was later admitted to the Colorado Bar where he began practicing in 2011. In 2010 Joe IV worked with the criminal defense clinic in Missoula Montana where he drafted proposed legislation for the Montana legislature, among other duties. He is a member of the Colorado, Denver, and American Bar Associations, and is also a member of the Litigation Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Joe IV joined Sedlak & Associates, P.C. in 2015 after working for approximately 5 years in Arvada at a criminal defense firm, where he gained extensive trial experience. Joe IV has represented individuals and businesses across the state of Colorado and has tried complex civil cases, misdemeanor and felony cases. A native of Ohio and graduate of Ohio State, Joe III graduated from St. Mary's University of San Antonio Texas with a Juris Doctor and was admitted to the practice of law in Texas in 1977. He later moved to Colorado and was admitted to the Colorado Bar Association in 1980. He opened Sedlak & Associates, P.C. in 1985. Joe III has been a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. He has appeared in the Who's Who in Executives & Professionals.
